We can ship orders over whole Europe together with our shippment partners, with 0% C02 emissions. We offer a carbon neutral delivery. Did you know that we also save up to 50% of our packing materials by reusing them! Don't be afraid if you receive a used shippingbox or a box of a different product. At the inside you will find your new article. We reuse and recycle a lot of boxes for at least two times.

PAYMENT
At the Kick-Bike-Scooter Shop you can pay for your order with the following payment options. We do not charge processing fees, all payment methods are 100% free of charge for you. In addition to PayPal Buyer Protection and the Amazon Pay Guarantee Service; we offer a voluntary in-house buyer protection for the payment method bank transfer. Should something go wrong, you will get your money back without any problems.
Payment in advance
A bank transfer is the classic online payment method. We would be happy to create a SEPA payment order with your data and our references. For a bank transfer you only need our IBAN and the BIC / SWIFT code. You can find the data for this in your order confirmation, including your customer number and order ID.
A bank payment takes about 24 hours. until we receive it and mark it as paid. If you want it to be quick, we recommend the two live payment methods PayPal or Amazon Pay.
Your order is confirmed once we got the payment. Please be advised that the Item can be sold out in the meantime. Also in this case we recommend PayPal or AmazonPay as payment method.

All KBS online shop kickscooter orders are sent with our premium partner GLS. We guarantee a safe and fast delivery across Europe including a shipment tracking at a fair price. We have attached our current shipping costs and delivery times below.
Bikes, skateramps and other huge goods are shipped with DHL or DHL XL. Of course also including a tracking link. Outlet Items are send with DPD Europe.
In case of a NON-EU delivery we will use DHL or in some cases, if you agree FedEX.
The Kick - Bike - Scooter.com online shop delivery times refer to weekdays. Usually a shipment is less than 48 hours on road. All orders are processed from Monday to Friday and picked up by our shipping partners GLS, DHL or DPD.
At all times, our customers are clearly informed about the status, and above all about the delivery time. GLS, DHL and DPD offers a contact person around the clock for any delivery problems.
