On this page you will find everything you need to know about a possible return and the corresponding information about the manufacturer's guarantees.

We were often able to help a defective step or bike get back on track. We have many different spare parts in stock. Not everything is listed online. In doubt, a short email or a call is enough and we will see if we can supply you with a suitable spare part. If necessary, a repair (at distance) is also possible. We guarantee that we offer all spare parts from our own warehouse for all current scooters and also for older models.




Return

All Kick - Bike - Scooter Shop customers have the right, as stated in our cancellation policy; review each order for 14 days from the date of delivery. You can try the size, check the color and fit and reconsider the purchase. All you need to do is send a short email to our customer service and we will register your return request in our system.

We do not offer a return slip. The customer is responsible for the return costs. You have the free choice from a shipping service provider you trust. As a customer, you are responsible for the goods until they arrive at our return warehouse. We always recommend shipping including shipment tracking.

It is not possible to return damaged or used items. Unannounced returns may be refused.


If possible, we ask you to pack the return exactly as good as we had delivered it to you.

Plese feel free to write your Order ID or Client ID on every return you send to us.

A return without any refferences by you as client will slow down the procesing. Please always write down your Order ID and or Client ID on every return.

Delivery damage

In the event of delivery damage, it is very important that you document the damage promptly with the supplier and send us 2-3 photos. Often it is then not necessary to return the goods to us. Even when it comes to a warranty claim, we can usually help out quickly and easily with a small spare part. Even then, the scooter does not necessarily have to be sent back to us for production.



Manufacturer guarantees / warranties

All articles from the KBS online shop have at least a one-year guarantee on general production errors and other defects. Many manufacturers also offer a long-term manufacturer's guarantee on certain parts such as the running board (deck) or the fork (fork) of the scooter. All wearing parts such as tires and handles are of course excluded from this. These must be changed regularly depending on the use.

If your problem concerns a guarantee from us, we can assure you in advance that we will solve all inquiries quickly and easily. Our first goal is that you stay mobile and are happy with your scooter. Also for a warranty, it is always very important that you inform our customer service in good time.

You are also welcome to send us image or video material of the error. We can receive and open stocks up to 4MB in size.
