We are always available for your questions and comments via email or telephone. You can reach us under the following telephone number. If you like you can add our email address ( to your contacts. That way we guarantee that no mail by us to you will ever end up in the SPAM folder again. You are always welcome to send us your Order ID and if available your customer number. If we have all your data we can process your request quickly and easily.

If you contact us about a possible warranty, please send us photos of the damage or issue. We can receive photos and videos up to a size of 5MB. The email address is as usual. Contact requests at our social media channels, or other alternative ways may not be answered regularly.


We speak your language! You can reach our english speaking customer service at the Kick-bike-scooter Shop via email and on weekdays from 09:00 to 19:00h by phone. If necessary we will forward you to a customer service representative for the german speaking area, or even to a Dutch colleague. We are all working together in one big office and our channels of communcations are extra fast. This way we can answer all inquiries within the shortest timeframe possible, and solve all problems unerringly. All colleagues are passionate sportsman and will be happy to advise you on any questions you may have about our product range. Maybe we can even give you a good tip for Trip to a new spot.
