Payment, shipping providers and delivery information for our online clients at the KBS store. We are pleased that you found your way to our online shop. Here we offer you detailed information about your order (s). Below you can see our various payment options and international shipping options, including a delivery time table and of course all delivery costs per country. We can ship orders over whole Europe together with our shippment partners, with 0% C0₂ emissions. We offer a carbon neutral delivery. Did you know that we also save up to 50% of our packing materials by reusing them! Don't be afraid if you receive a used shippingbox or a box of a different product. At the inside you will find your new article. We reuse and recycle a lot of boxes for at least two times.

PAYMENT

At the Kick-Bike-Scooter Shop you can pay for your order with the following payment options. We do not charge processing fees, all payment methods are 100% free of charge for you. In addition to PayPal Buyer Protection and the Amazon Pay Guarantee Service; we offer a voluntary in-house buyer protection for the payment method bank transfer. Should something go wrong, you will get your money back without any problems. The choice of the payment method(s) changes with the choice of your delivery country. We offer many national and international payment options.

Banktransfer

A bank transfer is the classic online payment method. We would be happy to create a SEPA payment order with your data and our references. For a bank transfer you only need our IBAN and the BIC / SWIFT code. You can find the data for this in your order confirmation, including your customer number and order ID.

A bank payment takes about 24 hours. until we receive it and mark it as paid. If you want it to be quick, we recommend the two live payment methods PayPal or Amazon Pay.

Your order is confirmed once we got the payment. Please be advised that the Item can be sold out in the meantime. Also in this case we recommend PayPal or AmazonPay as payment method.

PayPal Checkout

PayPal is very common and completely secure. All customers benefit from the strong PayPal buyer protection. Payment is processed directly and the order is processed quickly. Here in the Kick-Bike-Scooter.com online shop you don't pay any extra fees when paying via PayPal. As a rule, you will receive another confirmation from PayPal itself immediately after our order confirmation.

If you have not received a confirmation from PayPal about the outgoing payment, please check whether you would like to use another payment method.

Private clients do not pay any extra fees on a PayPal payment. From now on we offer the new PayPal Checkout with even more payment options, including Klarna, credit cards, EPS, Bancontact...

AmazonPay

Amazon Pay is the global payment service from Amazon. An order with Amazon Pay is billed live and the order is processed immediately after receipt. You have the great advantage that you can choose from your Amazon delivery addresses and payment options (bank, credit card, EC card ...). You don't have to enter any data and the order is completed with a few clicks of the mouse.

Here with us you can even log in with your Amazon account. You don't have to create your own shop account.

To use a credit card as payment method we suggest AmazonPay as provider. This way we asure that you can use a lot of accepted cards by many suppliers.

Shipping

All KBS online shop kickscooter orders are sent with our premium partner GLS. We guarantee a safe and fast delivery across Europe including a shipment tracking at a fair price. We have attached our current shipping costs and delivery times below.

Longboards, skateramps and other huge goods are shipped with DHL or DHL XL. Of course also including a tracking link. Outlet Items are send with DPD Europe.

In case of a NON-EU delivery we will use DHL or in some cases, if you agree FedEX. We can not ship any Items to the UK at the moment!

The Kick - Bike - Scooter.com online shop delivery times refer to weekdays. Usually a shipment is less than 48 hours on road. All orders are processed from Monday to Friday and picked up by our shipping partners GLS, DHL or DPD.

At all times, our customers are clearly informed about the status, and above all about the delivery time. GLS, DHL and DPD offers a contact person around the clock for any delivery problems.

Additional shipping rates are shown in the checkout according to the delivery address. If there is an error in the shipping cost calculation, please contact our customer service and clarify whether a delivery is possible.
